These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ProvCraft Consultancy website and the training, consultancy, and coaching services offered through it. By submitting an enquiry, booking a course, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.
ProvCraft Consultancy is operated by Global Product and Services Innovations, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("ProvCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide enterprise training programs (including SAFe®, Kanban®, and ICAgile-accredited courses), delivery-capability consultancy, and executive coaching.
Submitting the enquiry or booking form on this site does not itself confirm a course seat, consultancy engagement, or coaching arrangement. Submissions reserve your interest only. A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability, scope, and terms before any engagement is finalized.
This website does not process payments directly. Where a fee applies, payment terms are arranged separately after we confirm your booking or engagement, and an invoice will be issued by us. Prices, where communicated, are subject to change until an engagement is confirmed in writing.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for a specific course batch or engagement will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. If no specific terms were agreed, contact us as early as possible and we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or resolve the request.
SAFe® and Kanban® are registered trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc. and Kanban University respectively; ICAgile is a trademark of the International Consortium for Agile. ProvCraft delivers training in connection with these frameworks under its own instructor credentials. Issuance of any certification or exam access following a course is governed by the relevant accrediting body's own policies, not by ProvCraft.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information through our forms, or using the site to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
The content on this site — including text, course materials, graphics, and the ProvCraft name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the site in a standard web browser.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProvCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
