Course Details

In SAFe, the Scrum Master/Team Coach facilitates team events, removes impediments, and coaches the team in Lean-Agile practice — while helping the team stay connected to the broader Agile Release Train.

This is Scaled Agile's current AI-Empowered course revision, adding a dedicated lesson on using AI in the Scrum Master role — building role-specific templates and prompts, and using Scaled Agile's own SAFe CoPilot assistant for real-time framework guidance.

The certification exam is 45 multiple-choice questions with a 90-minute time limit, closed-book. Certification renews annually and includes SAFe community access, framework resources, and a shareable digital badge.
