Course Details
Kanban System Design is where the Kanban Management Professional path starts — designing a Kanban system from the ground up using the STATIK approach, not retrofitting one onto existing work.
This is a completion-based course — there's no certification exam. You receive a certificate of completion, and combined with a second elective course, it counts toward the full Kanban Management Professional (KMP) designation.
