Delivery Manager
Kanban University's Delivery Manager training — coordinating delivery across multiple Kanban teams and systems toward a shared commitment.
Who This Is For
Those who lead customer-facing teams and need to improve delivery metrics — often Flow Manager alumni looking for their next step, or those coming from a Kanban Management Professional course.
What You'll Cover
Visualizing Work and Decisions
Making work, workflow, and the information behind decisions visible.
Pull Systems and WIP Limits
Limiting work in progress to actually improve flow, not just to look organized.
Leading Delivery Cadences
Running Delivery Planning, Replenishment, Delivery Review, Risk Review, and Operations Review.
Policy-Based Risk Management
Managing risk and autonomy through explicit policies rather than case-by-case decisions.
