Course Details

ICAgile frames agile coaching as four blended skills — coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and teaching — chosen deliberately depending on what the moment actually calls for, not one fixed style applied to everything.

This is a completion-based certification — there's no exam. It's awarded directly by ICAgile once you complete an ICAgile-accredited class taught by an ICAgile-Authorized Instructor and meet the instructor's class acceptance criteria. Certification never expires, and there's no renewal fee.
