This course is built for Scrum Masters ready to operate above the single-team level — facilitating cross-team collaboration, optimizing flow, and contributing to Agile Release Train performance, not just running ceremonies.
This is Scaled Agile's current AI-Empowered course revision, with curriculum on AI foundations, responsible AI practices, and hands-on use of AI for tasks like analyzing retrospective themes across teams and generating PI Planning prompts, plus access to the SAFe CoPilot assistant.
The certification exam is 60 multiple-choice questions with a 120-minute time limit, closed-book. Certification renews annually and includes SAFe community access, framework resources, and a shareable digital badge.
